Commercial financing rates/terms are pretty competitive right now if you absolutely insist on using an LLC or corporation.

There is quite a bit of competition for deals, but it’s probably the same as any metropolitan area.

I am developing my skills with 3D photography/tours as well as graphic design and digital marketing.Any ideas on whether I should live for free in Lake Tahoe and work as a real estate agent in a competitive/low volume market or move back down to my college town of Santa Barbara and pay rent while building a real estate career there?

Hoping this will provide the same benefit but with less competition.

To beat out competition I upped the numbers to see how they would work out, to $110k for purchase price (it's listed at $100k) and another 5k for a total of $30k for repairs.

Hi @Amit Ronghe as I'm sure you know its a competitive market and finding good deals is few and far between.

@Justin Kliphouse You don't say what market you are in, but I would guess that it is pretty competitive.

Plus, its house hacking - you can afford to rent for cheaper than your competition most of the time.

All things considered, including competitive market forces, am I worth, say, as much as my attorney, or doctor, or are my services more closely valued at what I pay my CPA?
