Understanding how an individual property relates to the statistics...will it move faster or slower than the average DOM.

To get a little personal:For the last 1-2 years I went into a somewhat depression, gained a bunch of weight and just sat on my couch after work.

I think the one that shows better will rent faster if in competition with the one on the left, but may only bring in a marginal amount more, and perhaps not enough to justify the cosmetic improvements and updates.

Thanks for the answers guys.I see why the time issue (in regular banks) can be a deal breaker but what about those commercial banks or portfolio lenders, why don't more people use them if the process is faster?

The big benefit is that you continue to build wealth faster because you have more net cash to invest as opposed to paying it to the government.
