If you are in Multnomah county you will need to get a a city AirBnB occupancy certificate and post the ID number on their website when you advertise since you are renting the home for less than 30 days. 

@Mark Gallagher  how strict is PA on selling RE that you don't own.IE putting something under contract then advertising it like you own it on craigs list or e mail blast to your buyers lists.??? 

Another option - advertise the house with "seller will pay up to 2k for a new driveway"  Oh, and don't work with idiots.

I'm just about ready to start a campaign marketing for motivated sellers and I would like to set up an automated voice mailing system to collect information from motivated sellers, at some point.
