I've learned about wholesaling from youtube GURU JERRY NORTON but wholesaling just doesn't seem my thing, I feel like that's for greedy people.

I have also been spending lots of time watching agents on YouTube, mostly Bryan Casella.

Hi BP family, I was just watching a YouTube video where Flipping Mastery TV talked about a double closing in escrow and he said it was more advantageous than a regular double closing because you don't have to pay for closing costs.
