Any recommendations for GC in Philly

I did speak to a real estate attorney, and his recommendation was just have the property LLCs and operate out of them property wise/independently.   

I typically don't recommend what you are doing until you have a large enough portfolio.

Visiting the city frequently, I noticed that it is not as alive, homelessness and crime are rampant, car break-ins are high, and the overall vibe of the city is very dirty and poor in my opinion.
