Do you plan to invest it in all cash deals or you have capability to leverage it with mortgage?

There's a letter from 45 Congress members to HUD stating concerns about recent sales of notes to the big players.

I am new to  real estate and wanted to meet some of the players in this market whether flippers, wholesalers or rental owners.

I would love to have some of those capabilities.

On a different note-how come I see the big players buying HUD stuff in their name only to buy cash and rent or flip it?

Most regional firms have this capability so you may very well find a firm in Alabama that will fit your needs.Having said that, the next order of business is to ask, what are your long term goals with this partnership? 

The more you have, the more you know how and when to use them, the more capable you are.
