Newbie here looking for some direction...I've found a foreclosed & vacant house in the Denver area that has a large outstanding HOA balance (most likely over 6 months of outstanding dues).

I have invested in deals and trained poeple in RE nationwide.

Looking to get some nationwide perspective.

That is another story, but the point is that they were not able to accelerate the outstanding balance, only suspend me from drawing any more money.
