I could certainly grow faster than I have  been if I changed things up.Another open question in my mind is what my two sons will do.

“I can do this part faster than I did it last time.”

@kenny dahill, as far as paying him according to what he is, since, according to so many here on BP, the good contractors are all taken, you'll be paying very little and will get that in return, or you'll find one who is worth their weight in gold!

I'm sure I'll make some mistakes, and things will come up, but I'm confident the learning curve will be much faster this way.  

It's hard to say they'll go up by the exact amount of points that you lost, because there are various factors that come into play with your credit score, and each are weighted differently.

The fan most likely needs to be balanced which is a simple process where you have to add little weights to some of the blades, this happens over time as the house settles so it can just pop up whenever.

If newbies just answer the 1st question and not the 2nd, then the crazy market usually takes away all the wealth and more, and takes it away even faster than it gave it.

No more running to the bank, you get the money faster, and no more (irresponsible) renters fretting about their inability to spend the rent money :)
