I agree with Elizabeth as far as CPA is concerned.

I would assume that mold tends to be a concern as well given the high humidity levels in Florida.

If concerned with legalities (many are not) see 475 to avoid problems.

(I understand that BRRRR or flips are not really for the beginners)Is it really easier to find tenants for rent-to-own than regular tenants?

My concern isn't so much with relo, as much as the tenants claiming they have a right to stay, and staying.

The site is pretty exclusive so I'm not too concerned that they are bluffing.Would brokers also be able to help with the ground lease process or would you recommend us speak to an attorney?
