Many renters hold disdain for property owners because they feel like they are paying someone elses mortgage and/or making someone else rich.

I recommend "Think and Grow Rich", and "The Richest Man in Babylon" if you haven't read them yet, they're quite good for mindset and motivation!

There are no free meals or get rich quick situations.

I read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" two weeks ago, and since then I have been devouring every book I can get my hands on.  

I have currently reread Rich Dad Poor Dad, and read The Richest Man in Babylon, and the New BRRRR Book by David Greene (Awesome book by the way!)

I just got done reading "Think and Grow Rich"- by Napoleon Hill.

Go to REIAs but also where rich people are, like exotic car shows, boat shows, museum functions, golf tournaments etc.

I'm NOT an expert on either taxes or legal issues but I've learned a ton from experts in the field by listening to podcasts, YouTube videos, etc.Search YouTube for the Rich Dad channel and look for videos on LLC'S, taxes, Cashflow Quadrant to get you started.
