If he was a good enough tenant for you to rent to, I'd not rock the boat with an issue like that, it's pretty minor...now if they were late on the rent, that's an entirely different issue.

Hopefully someone's lease is up soon or on a month-to-month.2) If he sucks he may never have raised the rents or they could be longer term tenants and the PM didn't want to rock the boat.
