No amount of traffic, views and ranks matter as much as this:The ONLY metric you need to measure to evaluate anyone in SEO is how many (quality) leads they get!

I would compare the location to being next to a school or commercial uses.Extra noise and traffic sometimes.

Writing an inflammatory article about a website with 1.4 million users is a pretty easy way to get lots of page views and traffic to increase her own income. 

Content marketing is one of the best ways to build traffic to such a website.

On a Saturday morning with no traffic, it's probably 2 hrs.  

These forums are full of SEO people and small business owners who are at their wit's end due to having lost much or all of their organic traffic in recent years.I could go on and on about how this has affected our company's online sales but that's not really the point of this post.

Not to mention the 2 hour drive from Beverly when there is no traffic, 3+ during traffic. 

Furnishing may relieve some move in issues and halllway traffic but not all of it.

From a person who grew up in Sacramento/Elk Grove, I favor the Elk Grove location due to the following:- better schools- lower crime rates- suburbs of Sacramento-25min drive to downtown Sac (about 45min w/traffic)You can see what's being developed in Elk Grove here:http://www.elkgrovecity.org/city_hall/departments_divisions/development_services/current_development_projectsSacramento in general, it depends on which neighborhood you're looking at also I think it's over inflated to buy anything right now (at least for myself).

Not me.So, it's eventually going to get to a stage of fewer quality posts, from those who can watch the posting and weed out those known to give bad information.......maybe that is the purpose, I don't know, maybe it's all about traffic count or clicks.
