I thought about that, but what about loan qualifications?

Thanks to another poster I now have a pre screening in place that I will use before ever offering an application, and I’m working on editing the application to include the qualifications as we speak!

What are the qualifications for that loan?

I set minimum qualification standards and waited for the tenants that exceeded them.

I would still screen them all, pick the strongest applicant and say the documented criteria was a set of minimum qualifications to be considered.

Both selling and buying of the properties must meet certain qualifications.

Although I agree with Richard, the main reason for that is that in the past ten years or so, interest kept low and qualification was easy.
