Michael needs to update his video tutorials or write up a FAQ :) There are some features that are not as intuitive as I would think.

If the listing doesnt include the age of the major appliances as a selling feature, then i would make the assumption that i will need to budget for replacement in the not to distant future if i plan on being a oos investor.

And I also do not like some characteristics of commercial loans such as balloon feature and higher rates etc.

It has it's own app to monitor and change settings as well as integrating with Samsung SmartThings (what we have now) and Wink (what we used to have).

We use AppFolio and love their accounting features.
