If you have sufficient equity, credit and cash flow, I can’t see why a Bank would be reluctant to lend as that is how they earn their income.

That person SHOULD be willing to show you the home, even if you have an agent, but they often get their panties in a bunch having to do extra work that your agent should be doing, so they often refuse.
