@Ellis HammondMy opinion is most areas have fairly low percentage of STRs and that there will not be a noticeable change city wide.  

Is it a percentage ROI based on amount invested or Do the investors actually get a percentage ownership in the property.

Harvard found that if they could track down 5 of the people you talk to the most they could guess your income within a certain tight percentage .

We do not put too much value in scores, we like to view total debt as a percentage, income 3 times monthly rent (verify all income)  and no evictions. 

Not everyone of course, but I think a good percentage.
