That is really the way that YOU will manage the property as opposed to how the property management company did it.Good luck with your rental unit because there are a lot of laws that affect the CA landlord and renter, including more city/ local areas.

Look for local meet-ups and networking events.

I have been able to assist them with local builder contacts, local property management, and also helped with securing wildlife permits if applicable.

Also, if you attend some local RE meetups in the area you may be able to find some local MTR operators.

Call the non-emergency number for the local police station and ask them who to contact to get information. 

Join a bootcamp, listen to the podcasts, read/add to the forums, read our books and go to local events. 

Ask your local real estate investors association (REIA) for referrals.
