There are 2 areas close to me where Amazon distribution centers opened in the last 15 years.Middletown, DE - This distribution center opened roughly 15 years ago and it has caused growth in the area to explode almost instantaneously.

Are you going for capital growth, cashflow, combination of both.

We owe $68K on the house we live in here in Augusta, GA---a market with sustained growth from Ft.

Pueblo is expected to see some significant growth in the median income and population area. 

I need to put myself out there and get networking, fast track my growth!

I am fairly young, ill be 27 years old in just a few days, so I have lots of time for future growth.

I understand this wont cashflow too much at first (perhaps 100-250 first year) but am curious if this is a good idea for a growth and income approach hoping that this location can make up for the higher price point and lower cash flow for greater price appreciation.

@Jeremy L Riddle it sounds like it's maybe time to part as friends cashing in on the growth and profits at hand and re-deploy/leverage individually. 50/50 deals are the most dangerous for the point when there is any impasse. 

I also feel that the area has had pretty steady growth over my lifetime and isn't likely to have fluctuations like some places that have a single industry.So please offer your opinions on agents, PMs and towns.ThanksSharon
