Are the bigger dogs not concerned with newbies and their “no money what to do posts”?

Is  this something that I should be concerned about in California?

I'm not concerned about the companies being able to pay as they are very large and profitable. 

I'm in the Pittsburgh area and initially had similar concerns, but I switched and now have tenants pay their own water. 

John, what is the concern with those who use it as a workshop or to work on cars? 

@Michael Lee@Linda WeygantI listened to Linda's podcast a while back and I know that she is a CPA that is on the board of several HOA's.Maybe she can help you.My only concern is that it appears that you need a review done and you may need a CPA licensed in the state of SC.

What if everyone else is assuming the inside is trashed and writing the home off, when in reality the seller is just an idiot and/or very concerned about their privacy?
