First problem is that some of the tenants are behind on rent and some always have some issues in the units in which they caused the problem.

This "recession" or whatever the chaos is that we're in is not caused by the housing market in which the 2007/2008 recession was.

With all the difficulties caused by corona virus and requirements for social distancing, are people scheduling longer times to close?

All the government and fed is doing is trying to throw quick band aids everywhere but every "band aid" they put on causes numerous other problems because things are being done so quickly without thinking through all the ramifications. 

I have a tremendous deal (beats the 1% rule at about 3.1%), the neighborhood is c class, not d, the place isn’t run down (needs some minor repairs) and is currently rented.Yet, I’ve had multiple calls today and everyone so far has pointed out issues with the fed rates causing a lot of issues with lenders doing specific types of lending, specifically pertaining to my current needs.

Would I have any issues finding a good tenant from the noise caused by the street?

From my experience at work, will cause lights to act up.Troubleshooting electrical seems difficult but it you break it down, what where power comes from, where it goes, where stuff works and where it stops working, and take it one step at a time you'll figure it out.

I want to make sure that I am not causing stress, but it is a business and we have bills to pay on rentals.  

Tenants leading him right down there is not ideal but the building department/inspector does have a right o inspect any homes where they have justifiable cause or safety or heath concerns. 

I'm not sure why this would cause you to lose the lead.
