I haven't seen any plans but in the next few years I wouldn't doubt that the mall will have made a 180 degree turn around from the hood drug dealing in the bathrooms and don't go by yourself spot into a nice place. 

There are a few war zones riddled with drugs etc. that you will want to avoid.

Also, if you've been convicted of dealing drugs out of your house, please include conviction paperwork. 

How I managed to get two separate loans is a bit of a long story and what I refer to as “drug deal” part of this particular deal (I know it’s not politically correct, my wife tells me all The time its a terrible way explain stuff but I can’t help myself).

If a company wants to conduct their sales as all cash transactions, but is happy for a buyer to hire an independent inspection and appraisal, then I would say that alleviates alot of concerns.  

Now if the police had a specific reason not to go in like it was a known drug house and dangerous people are squatting there, then that is a reason not to go in.

That being said, driving through 3rd Ward one may notice that there are far more easily observable drug dealers lurking on corners than most other parts of the inner-loop combined.
