We have a YouTube channel and a bunch of articles and guides on our website. 

But I am seeing that I could also easily just get a cheap place out of state which will FORCE me to learn how to put processes in place.When I watch a lot of Youtube videos I notice that most of the rehabbers ultimately decide to outsource and put processes in place to allow them to "scale" their portfolio.

Finally, how are so many people on the Bigger Pockets youtube channel aquiring 20,30,40 or even 50 houses in a short period of time (sometimes as little as 5 years) if they cannot get access to high counts of loans?

I just watch his YouTube videos and follow his instructions.

If the agent doesn't have time or patience to show you how he/she reached the conclusion then get someone else who can show you step by step whatever you need to know .You can ask them before you use them if they're ok with a beginner like you who needs some explaining along the way .I also recommend reading books, listening ,to podcasts, watching you tube video's and of course bP forums .Don't forget the BP tools ,estimator for rent ,rehab etc. it makes things much easier.

There's enough free info on YouTube or books you can read that can get you started.

For example: Starting a podcast, posting content on Instagram, Linkedin, Biggerpockets, Twitter, Youtube, etc.
