If you have the deed to the property titled into your name, and you have no mortgage on the property, then you can get a loan against the property from a Private Lender or possibly a bank.

OK Ladies :) if the buyer closed through Title company like they should have and got title insurance and the title company missed that the MRS needed to sign.. the BUYER has a title claim and they will come in and settle this for everyone..
