If you have the deed to the property titled into your name, and you have no mortgage on the property, then you can get a loan against the property from a Private Lender or possibly a bank.

OK Ladies :)  if the buyer closed through Title company like they should have and got title insurance and the title company missed that the MRS needed to sign.. the BUYER has a title claim and they will come in and settle this for everyone..

My formula is not complex... something like this:High school rating > 8"(Estimated Rent x 12) - HOA - Prop Tax - Insurance @ 0.3% - Vacancy @ 5% of rent - Debt Service @ 8%" > 0I want to be able to customize the metrics, and find properties I can purchase as an investment.If anyone is an avid user of StockRover and their custom metrics, that is exactly what I am looking for - but for real estate.
