So he proposed an idea I've not heard before which was raising capital from investors and having your investors be treated as 2nd position lenders.

Are any conventioanl lenders allowing 10 percent down on rental properties that are not owner occupied?

Or the idea that lenders want to foreclose because they are going to make all this equity or money nothing can be further from the truth.
