While not a total first in that I enjoy drawing the plans for many of the projects we do, this was by far the LARGEST custom home my team and I have imagineered up to this point.Framing went pretty fast, which helped make up for LOTS of lost time in the Roswell Permitting department and our FEEBLE first attempt at lot development. 

Unlike most newcomers, my 10 year plan doesn't revolve around flipping n wholesaling.

Delayed financing on 5-10 properties is permitted up to 70% LTV within 6 months of purchase.  

And if that happens, 4th amendment applies, and you can still get a retroactive permit, if you want, invoking the Fair Housing Act for disability. 

This information is then available to the public for verification purposes in order to ensure that landlords are not raising rents more than permitted under the Rent Control Ordinance.

Utilities, any pending or open permits, is it zoned properly, when was last inspection by the city for rental license renewal done.

@Chris Ryan The costs and exact procedures may vary somewhat based on the location as some municipalities require a permit, and have different requirements, to demo/fill a pool.

It was permitted by the city, and the cost was reasonable, as he did not have to remove the old foundation wall.
