Often on the other end of the conversation is a landlord who is not happy with dealing with tenants anymore and has "given up" on driving by and making sure the property is taken care of. 

It is common for a GC to bid higher on a job that they don't really want - either because of location, type of job, or sometimes the personality of the client :-)Then if you get the job, you're happy because you are making a lot more profit.... and if you don't get it, you don't really care because you didn't want it anyway. 

The market is good in Pinal County; the job growth has been solid, with companies like Lucid and others growing in the area.I am happy to consult with you regarding neighborhoods that are renting well in those areas.
