Someone reported 80%…need confirmationHurst Lending and Insurance Investment property HELOC in Texas.

I am looking for an alternative to Avail for lease signing and monthly rent collection for my 2 rental properties, and this company seems like it might be a winner.

Just the process of looking at credit reports and applications, calling references, talking to people and verifying employment/income will make you a better landlord/screener for future vacancies.  

I’ll be checking today to see whether what they did was something for our attorney or for law enforcement, but I have never seen a company act so irresponsibly.

Since I live out of state and there are no nearby managing companies, I decided to sell the home.

There are companies that fiberglass patch this in.

Won't my tenants' renters insurance company just go after me/my insurance?

I am wanting to think big, perhaps even considering self storage somewhere and making a real company out of this, buying more SS facilities over time.
