@Jason Hirko  yes I respect the system he has put in place I think it is pure genius and I am sure that it is a good program but that is ALOT of money to be building someone elses brand

I may not be the ideal example but i think that more homes will be sold by owner in the future but that is my random prediction and i think you should buy a duplex near a technical university or a medical university to profit off the future generation but like i said purely random speculation...

I would buy it purely for the value in writing a compelling short story - it has everything: confederate geniuses, EMF cancer clusters, meth labs and perhaps a local police force that likes to shoot first.
