Hi everybody I was wondering where you post your properties for rent on long term investing this is what I am using now but I did not know if there were anyplace I was missing that you thought was important1.

I’m curious if you have purchased any properties and what your experience has been.

I use the work tenant is quotations, because the lease was not signed with an individual, but rather a LLC for a property management company who subleased the home on AirBnb. 

Would you recommend hiring CPA for planning right off the bat for first property?

@Dominic Battaglia or @Amit Shukla what are you guys paying for Hostaway per property, per month? 

If go buy a property for STR, can I then unlock all the PALs from previous years for my LTRs? 

With the current market been short on single family homes in our area we have made a strategic decision to pivot back to flipping a few properties. 

I’m currently working on 58 unit BTR development project and seeking one or two private debt investors to help fund it.

Pretty much you buy a property, then quickly sell it to another buyer without making any significant improvements or repairs.
