Salem specifically sees a lot of secondary benefits from Portland’s massive growth. 

Mainly because I can associate task to contacts easily.

So there’s opportunity and growth.

The alternative is that you sit on the sidelines and wait for the winds to shift in favor of buyers but timing the market can be a difficult task as patience is a virtue that many of us do not have the luxury.

The job opportunities and population growth here far surpass that of any other city in OH.

It makes sense that job growth and people continuing to move to Austin will continue to drive growth in the real estate market.
