In my State 95% of the housing and apt bldgs were constructed before 1978 so basically 95% of all residences contain lead paint.

I know construction was doing very well in Phoenix, Tucson, and beginning to amp up in Sierra Vista in 92-93.I believe I saw similar trends in other places in the southern teir, too, from Georgia west.
