I strongly suspect that you can't legally inspect a home where you would also be earning a commission on the sale.

I would suspect the buyers attorney can handle both ends.. these attornies usually work for a set closing fee.like out west we rarely if ever use an attorney for a vanilla property sale.. we use a title and escrow company and a Senior escrow officer handles both buyer and seller..
