Any buyer in real estate needs to see the property in person before committing to it.

They need to see the listing and know it is a good deal automatically, without doing any research.  

Yeah, I can certainly see the argument that it could have positive impacts, but it seems like a complicated issue in that most people in that industry around here are afraid that legalization will bring a sever drop in price which will then mean a lot less money in the local economy, folks not able to pay their bills, housing prices dropping...

I can see the downsides, but I know there are always possible downsides in any property.  

If renters don't care, and it's safe, I don't see the rush until I am ready to sell. 

Apparently, they could see the handwriting on the wall by the way we processed the purchase.

If the seller is paying attention at closing, they will see the assignment fee on the HUD.

As you can see the list of items that might need maintenance can be endless!
