It could be literally a vision board (also called a Dream Board or Creativity Collage) that represents what you truly want out of the community and life.

I sold/flipped my last primary residence for a pretty penny and am now fortunate to be living in my dream house (I put 20% down and moved in just a few months ago).

Hi Breanna,Just a pointer since you are still learning.When you post details on a potential deal, be careful to not post so much info about it that people can figure out it's address.Because if it's a good deal, tons of people read these posts and some will be deal sharks and try to swoop in and buy it from under you and your Aunt, meaning all of your hard work and dreams will be gone.Not that this one tells anyone that, but an MLS listed property might be pretty easy to find with those details.Good Luck!

I get his position, too much potential head-ache with unknown quantity of new partner(s) and potentially less return for him, when he has spent a life time forming his own company/dream team and investor pool.
