If they aren't experienced doing this, you will waste your marketing dollars  to bring in leads for them to drop the ball.Sure it helps if they're personable and good at speaking with people, but this job is more about listening for clues on what drives a person to sell and whether they are truly motivated.If you haven't fielded calls yourself first, then you make sure you gain this skillset first before outsourcing because this is such a critical position, hiring someone unsuitable would not be good for your deal pipeline.Good luck Corey.

I had a few options, refuse to sign (potentially forfeit my deposit), pay an extra transfer tax to switch to an LLC or roll the dice and leave it under my personal name, obviously I chose the latter.Anyone who has gone through the mortgage or refinance process with larger banks knows exactly how tedious this can be but its the fourth "R" in this strategy and one if not the most critical step.

So if one business nets $10k while the other loses $10k, it’s critically important to understand how the deduction works because we’re either getting a $2k deduction (on the business generating $10k in income) or a $0 deduction (if we aggregate).
