Especially now with all of these networking sites once you have a deal you can market it in so many ways such as here on BP in the marketplace, craigslist, connected investor, meetup, etc.. 

CARREIA changed its name to ARKREIA, and it's a good place to network.

Attend your local REIA meetings and network with people there. 

@Sam Besong imma suggest.....keep working your network.......meet new wholesalers......try to be a value add some way to another investor.......itll come back.....also try to think outside of the box as well and remain consistent......same stuff happened to me...
