Although your contractor should be taking care of it, you should still get the list of objections they have and address them yourself, one by one.

You can separate the utilities or submeter, but be careful that this isn't a single or 2 family being used as a 4 unit.

Though this is a steep commitment, they don't charge anything up front, and they have 15+ years in the business, have a license, and are part of an East Coast Mastermind Group that does continual market analysis research.

One of my cards last month sent me a notice that because of my "exceptional credit" (my score stays in the high 7s low 8s depending on what I'm doing) they were increasing my credit line from $22k to $22.9k :D  I don't usually care one way or the other but the others are right - the more line you have that's not being used the higher your score.

Thankfully after deep analysis of numbers and careful inspection of the property and most importantly the hiring of quality contractors I realized... eureka I can do this!

There are companies that buy out partial ownership interests although at a discount of course because partial ownership interests are not are desirable generally as having 100% control of an asset.Could they sell?
