Are you saying that @Ed Page can apply to have his (non-FHA) loan taken over by an FHA-approved loan if he intends to still live there (presumably for better refi terms)?

Generally it is used for individual agents who want to build a team underneath a brokerage, however the concepts can easily be applied directly to your own firm.  

The concept of "buying on the courthouse steps" does not apply in MA (or NH for that matter.)

You take that $300 and apply to the principal of your primary residence and pay down the mortgage faster so you're not paying PMI sooner rather than later.  

i've often seen BPers refer to residential rentals as A or B class.does the same apply to commercial/retail rental properties?
