It's good size - 1.67 acres, I'm 99% sure there were no encroachments.The B-II Requirements includes a clause:  "Any encroachment, encumbrance, violation or adverse circumstance affecting the Title including discrepancies, conflicts in boundary lines, shortage in area, or any other facts that would be disclosed by an accurate and complete land survey of the land, and are not shown in the Public Records."

If you can not find an answer then I suggest doing some more self searching and learn what you can offer and what area may need your particular skill set before going in any direction

I also like the fact that not every agent could do this type of sales well as it most definitely requires a different set of skills and knowledge. 

There are a lot of folks who moonlight and can open you up to networks of people with skills you might not realize.  

Money has curated a list of side jobs that have varying skill and time requirements.

I do need to keep the fridge full and the kids on task at school and at home.I think the benefits would be great - I would get to know our market very well and develop skills related to real estate, and I would be able to save 100% of my income and put it towards either stock or real estate investments.Please tell me about the reality of being an agent, and getting started. 

now if you have money and jump into investing you don't really need sales skills but if your the no money no credit I am going to be a wholesaler if you have no sales skills I believe you have little to no chance other than the deal that falls off of the pumpkin truck

I was once into building my own computers and fixing my own random software problems, but it seems my skills are dated.

And just how good ARE your negotiating skills?

My suggestion is Realtor because you can always take classes on appraisal techniques and, for the most part, appraisers gain a smaller skill set since they don't have to do marketing and sales.
