letter,envelope,stamp,the lead itself all the package#6 is there any more questions i should have ask and i didnt?

Hey Im new to this as i just began working at a investment firm where they buy most their deals all cash....they have a deal that they want to syndicate to investors and they asked me to put together a package like we get from brokers showing rent roll market rent pro forma etc.....Can anyone lead me maybe to a program i can use or something i can download and edit it on my own anything will be helpful TIA P.s. if i am posting it in the wrong thread please move it or comment where it should go 

Doing our first 1031 exchange, where we are selling a package of 3 single-family properties, which we hope to turn into 3 or more turnkey properties. 

My partners and I are about to start advertising a 3-property package, and this will be our first time to trying to sell to other investors (as opposed to marketing to traditional home buyers).  

A loan on a 24 unit package will be very easy to find.

Doing a flip and need to purchase full package for kitchen and also considering washer and dryer purchase.

Total taxes on package $13,703.

I used the $400 package and my condo is always booked.

Not sure if any of this makes a difference with what to prepare- First time home buyer- Looking for a Multi Family (Duplex or 4plex) - Buy and Hold- Owner occupied, I plan on living in one unit.The Financial Planner I work with is going to help prepare everything, but besides what you've listed, is there a certain way to have a package presented, ie: binder, digital copy PDF?

We started losing packages both from UPS and USPS.
