Just ride the Red Line through South Station from Downtown a weekday morning around 7:45am.

Remove any and all food sources, Move outside trash cans as far away from building as possible.Put out outdoor mouse stations and put as many mouse traps your self as you can.I've seen mice crawl up the outside of stucco buildings and they are crafty. 

A 10K second behind 300K on a gas station might not be a good idea in a rural area that needs the money to purchase gas.....there are some issues there. :)
