They may need to write up a new lease, schedule a signining, check for any changes with the tenants - such as change in employment, change in number of vehicles, tenants now are age 18 that need background check, etc.

I've actually had one take back the materials I had on site and disappear on me, in addition to the "startup money" I gave him.Anyway, hard to go after them if they have no assets and are self employed, which is usually the case with the theives.

I opt out of the self audit because last year, they charged me a fortune based on a worker who installed a lot of Allure flooring being lumped into the same category as a hardwood floor refinisher.I prefer to do an in office (my home) audit.
