I think my handyman skills would benefit greatly in my desire to be a real estate investor.

I work in communications / public relations (corporate), and I'm wondering what positions, skills or experiences people may think are great to gain while working for corporate.

No special skills required to maintain.

For flips I feel that you need to have some construction skill or knowledge and it is best to work with someone who has experience. 

I am all about offering something in return, unfortunately, my skills right now are not transferable to the civilian world.

We used to do all of the unskilled labor, plus a few skilled things, ourselves.  

If you don't have the time or skills to put a team together and manage a renovation then turn key makes sense.

I can find deals a dime a dozen(great marketing skills).

It's good size - 1.67 acres, I'm 99% sure there were no encroachments.The B-II Requirements includes a clause:  "Any encroachment, encumbrance, violation or adverse circumstance affecting the Title including discrepancies, conflicts in boundary lines, shortage in area, or any other facts that would be disclosed by an accurate and complete land survey of the land, and are not shown in the Public Records."
