Visiting the island 4 times and touring more than 50 properties.

The sad thing is that we don't have the roads nor the drivers to enjoy our cars here the way the Europeans do.

I have just given 4 tours of the city for out of town people. 

One house I toured in Northern Prince George's County MD had 7 junk cars in the yard.  

I ran into a couple at a super charger here in Oregon that had rented one and were touring Mt..

So as an observer in the background then going on the bus tours and my wife and I chatting with students through out the 3 or 4 days.To me its just a cross section of America.. 

We scan the listings for all the properties in our target area all summer long, and tour a couple.

The Navy has given me many opportunities and life lessons that I'll always be grateful for, but we've made the decision to transition back to the civilian world.When we were transferred to Connecticut to begin our tour on the USS Virginia, we purchased our first home, using a VA, 3.75%, 30 year loan.  

Id like to meet up and tour several homes if possible.

I know that this post is probably going to be pretty lengthy, but I just want to give the whole story so that whoever's reading this can get a better picture of where I'm at...Just for background, I'm the son of two eastern-European immigrants who came here 20 years ago to provide a better life for themselves and for their kids.
