I have been looking into this for sometime now on this site along with many others My goal is to form a partnership LLC with my father, Form a land trust, then have the LLC become the beneficiaries of the land trust.

You do have a "block button" on your PMs, that will usually be a good response to those soliciting business that you don't want to be bothered with.Good point, besides the logistics of splitting fees without a license.If you were in the same area that could be a partnership but I certainly don't suggest getting into any partnership with people you don't know. :)
