I have a friend that owns a chain of restaurants and he is looking to possibly get in on the new shopping center development on BD.Things will pan out nicely i think for LV in the future!

They have a broker who has listed it, but he's located over 200 miles away and I don't think he has much knowledge of restaurants nor has the network to the national chain's tenant reps.

On one side of the area, there is a chain link fence with a mobile home park on the other side of it.

You should erect a chain link fence around the area like previously suggested and use a "daisy chain" for the gate so any of your customers can access their property at their convenience (make sure you have your OWN lock in the chain).One other idea.
