Good debt helps you scale faster.

I know in business you have be able to make decisions quickly and execute even faster but I dont want to put myself or my business in a bad situation.

If he could have moved faster, the deal would already be done. 

I always thought those high paid courses were BS but recently I've met several people who have followed courses, taken action and are growing much faster than average.

Right now, values are increasing faster than the rents are, and from an income-expense valuation approach, most deals don't make any sense. 

The faster you get exposed to deals and the contracts the better you will become.  

(My wife actually resumed work a day before I did but she always seems to recover faster than I do.)

For the middle of the country, you have got to get it put on a combo of trucks and trains and sent across the country and shipping costs by weight add up pretty quickly on really heavy items like granite slabs.
