I feel stuck, really don't know how to proceed next in choosing a niche and proceeding to achieve my REI goals.... the issue is that am new in the uae so i don't know much about the MARKET and i don't have a good network like Nigeria  but i know the MARKET is very lucrative here ....i approached a real estate broker last week ,to volunteer  WORKING with him for free during my weekend so i can learn but he told me to check back in 2 months because of some modifications hes doing hes office.i had an offer from one of the biggest property developer here in the uae called DAMAC .

I helped him by volunteering to help coach middle school lacrosse, and have had plenty of lunches together.This man is a successful bond broker working for a major firm.

There is no need for me to volunteer that I am the owner just as there is no need to volunteer how much I am making off of the tenants, my home address or the names of my children.  

This isn't volunteer work.

Don't volunteer information, and don't elaborate.

If they ask, yes then full disclosure, but should it be volunteered?

It's borderline volunteer work, in my opinion.I will only ever accept a BPO if I'm completely bored and have NOTHING else better to do.

Once you are successful in your MF investment, write an article about it, give a speech to a real estate club describing it, and perhaps volunteer to teach at a workshop or seminar.

Many depend on students & volunteers.

I'm volunteering with my local REIA (only about a year in existence) to help bring together our local investing community.
