Hey Laura,Not sure if you are still looking to partner with a trusted title company in Central PA but we have used Capstone Land Transfer for 100+ transactions and loved the experience.  

Rather than tearing down everyone, I’d rather focus on how different teaching styles and strategies might suit different investors' needs.When someone consistently promotes one product while criticizing others they haven't tried, it undermines the trust and authenticity that makes this forum valuable.I'm not trying to create conflict here, but as someone who has learned a lot from different educators in the land investing space, it is concerning when I see someone posting carefully disguised spam and trying to make it look like an unbiased review. 

Look into how your county handles properties of deceased residents who pass without a will or trust.  

Never pay anyone.... even if you trust them.

I've also looked into Norris Group with their trust deeds.

All funds process through various channels but the PMS (with trust accounting which is very important) keep track of all the funds and then we disburse monthly to the owner. 

If you are already working with an Agent and you trust your Agent then you should trust their recommendation and advice.

I have a good GC who I trust who does work for my clients and myself.
