I was a huge skeptic but when 3 sessions got me to quit smoking, I became a believer.

I sat through one of these guru seminars for the "free" session, and it was a hard sell.

No acting. this is not a manipulation session.

I have been considering doing some more in-depth video, a kind of info-session that a prospective seller would need to sign up for (we can call it a webinar with no upsell). 

I believe that the State of Texas would need to pass legislation to override Austin from enforcing its own existing STR rules and the next Texas Legislative Session does not begin until January 2021.

Lots of great points during that session but as Neal said, be honest and transparent and you'll have no problem attracting investors@Taylor L. great question and thank you for the accountability check.

Something odd like that, since you don't pay PMI they sort of own it too until you re-fi, or request that be taken off, like PMI.I just had ANOTHER counseling session with them this morning.

I have applied for the license but of course I am having to wait til the next session in Baton Rouge to meet in August to have my app approved.
